Can’t give 0 stars… Worst nail place I have ever been to. My nails have been messed up more than once, the last time I got my acrylics done, the nail tech was rude and did not know what he was doing. He over buffed my nails and even buffed my skin, super painful. When it came to the shape, my nails looked lumpy and uneven, when I told him they looked misshaped, he ignored me and did not fix them. As if this wasn’t enough, the nails started coming off within the first week. Very unprofessional.

I really despise when they change the price without telling you. It should be told upfront that it is more. I consider this a integrity issue. I could’ve gotten it cheaper elsewhere. It was more convenient for it was on the way home. They knew what they charged me last time but don’t advise of the higher price. It leaves A VERY bitter taste in my mouth. Unfair business practice? If you changed the price recently, should be proactively advised for returning customers. Would I come back? Probably not.

This had been my favorite place for a Pedi.
However, it has dropped off my radar. The tech’s are not the same. Huge staff turnover and it shows. This was a very clean, very well run salon. Not so anymore!
I was a weekly customer. First with Linda (AWESOME!), then Jack (AWESOME SAUCE!)
Both are gone now and the staff that has replaced them and others is lacking to say the least.
The cleanliness has gone downhill, the service has deteriorated. Sorry Babylon– won’t be returning.

Beautiful, clean salon with great staff. Unfortunately I did not get my original acrylics here (wish I had) but I get all of my fills here now and I could not be happier.

Everytime I have been in here I have been pleased with their service. For example today I needed to have 4 acrylics replaced due to me biting them off, and they did it in less than 20 mins. I really appreciate them and the prices are well worth what you are getting. Definitely will be coming back for my full in and pedicures from now on!

I desperately needed a haircut. I had read some good reviews about Julie, so with a bit of trepidation I booked an appointment with her. I have short hair so if it’s messed up the only thing to do is wait till it grows.
I showed Julie 2 pics to make sure we were on the same page. She totally rocked my hair. It looks so great I made a second appointment for a few weeks com now for cut and highlights. It’s cute fun funky and totally texturized. Love it!
Highly recommend!!!

when I come in to get my manicure and pedicure they are always very friendly! The technicians are nice and fast. They always do a good job when I come in and it’s a very relaxing atmosphere:) when I get a mani and pedi, they always give a good massage too. I really enjoy coming here

I’ve given this salon a 4-​star rating in the past, but things have changed. The quality of their technicians has taken a dive since my first few visits. I’ve witnessed the techs answer their cell phones in the middle of a service multiple times. Whenever I upgrade from $ 20 to the $ 25 or $ 30 pedicure because I feel like my feet are a little rough, they never put in a good effort to remove the dead skin and I leave with rough feet. It seems like they have gotten more male techs and I haven’t had a good pedicure from any of them.
Now, about my most recent visit. I got a male technician. He was polite, but not polite enough as he answered his phone twice during my pedicure. He did a crap job applying my polish. He cut down the sides of my nail, which I usually don’t mind, but he couldn’t get this one piece and had to pull it out. Now, 6 days later, I have an infection where he pulled the nail out!
I’m done with this place because of the poor quality combined with the fact that they’re not clean! They use the pumice block on multiple people and «clean» it off in the foot bath water before storing it. The tools are kept in a little plastic box at the station and obviously not even sanitized between people. Bye, Babylon!

I saw Thein (?) he has sleeve tats in case u ask for him and ive butchered his name lol
he is a bit abrupt and aggressive verbally but funny and personable AND most importantly he did a great job on my fills (acrylic). I came back after i smudged my polish and he touched it up no problem and wad good natured about it.
Pros: fast, good job, good price
cons: couldn’t sit next to my friend, cool attitude

I’m not big on nail salons these days; you can never be too careful when it comes to some of the most sensitive areas of your body. Over the last year, I’ve been here about 5 times and I’ve always been pleased. From pedis, to manis, to waxing I haven’t had any issues. The wait is never long and they are always well staffed. The salon is clean and they provide a comfortable, relaxed environment. For bikini waxing, I’ve had to ask for new wax to be used. This should be standard (no double dipping between clients), but she obliged and granted my request (under a watchful eye). I think most non-​spa salons use the same pot of wax multiple times, so I may just need to go DIY. ;)

I arrived and was seated right away however they switched me to another nail tech 15 minutes in. I got gel polish that chipped the next day and my nails are peeling. Very disappointed.

The entire time the guy was doing my nails, he was really rough and at one point I told him my cuticles were sensitive yet he still was careless and rough. He was incredibly rude, I tried making conversation with him and he just kept saying I was questioning him. At the end of the service, I looked at my nails and while they looked great, 6 of my cuticles were bleeding.
My sister also had her nails done while I was having mine done. Hers took half the time mine did and when I saw them, I understood why. They look terrible. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Do not go here if you’re not trying to get scammed their work is mediocre, and they will just try and scam you out of your money. The ladies are rude, and just want to up sell everything. My gel polish chipped off in 3 days.

Babylon has always been my go-​to salon since they opened. Why would I try anywhere else if they’ve never disappointed me? I love the environment/​atmosphere in this place, it’s peaceful. The people are kind and always greet you. When I go, I usually like getting Chris or Tran. I always get my mani/​pedi there every 2 weeks or when I decide to get Shellac, every 4 weeks (yes they last that long, longer than gel cause they put less coats for the Shellac). Either way, this place is awesome. I always recommend it to my friends when they’re looking for a nail salon to try out. This always has been and always will be my go-​to nail salon!

The staff was nice and friendly. They explained all the options and helped us pick out our colors. The techs were professional and we had a great time. The emergency repair on my badly ripped big toe nail was not a problem.
We both left there with awesome toe nails and they are great looking still almost a month later. WOO HOO !!!

I have been going here for over a year to see my favorite nail tech, but after today’s visit I will never go back. The owner is a miserable person with never a smile on her face. Her boyfriend/​husband runs the front is just as pleasant. I had to bring my children in at my last visit which was literally a 20 min appointment. As I was drying my nails after 5 minutes I was told by the boyfriend I was done. Did it have to do with my children being there that sat patiently for me? If you decide to go make sure you don’t bring anyone other than yourself! Sorry to my favorite tech, I won’t be back.

Not too bad, the pricing was not terrible for a pedicure and eye brown wax.
Clean place and the attendants were nicer than most places
