Aster’s French Macarons

They have the best macoron’s in Jacksonville. Thank you so very much for a great product. i like every flavor I have ever tried.

Oh Aster, your macarons are absolutely amazing and I’m always lucky when I get to sneak a few…(Because they never last long when I have them around!)
Pistachio and salted caramel are my favorites… but I’ve only heard fantastic things about all of her flavors! Not only are the delicious, but gorgeous little creations as well.
You’ll need to order in advance for pick up, or she recently started selling at JJ’s Bistro, if you need an instant fix.
And above all, Aster and her hubby are just amazing people. Gotta support local folks, and even better when they are doing so a bang up job.

I was craving macaroon and I searched online. Found this bakery on Unilocal.I drove from the northside to Old St. Augustine and Philips Highway, to find out that they don’t even sell nor bake their own macaroons. Was very disappointed I wasted my gas and time. They should update their social media. I ended up getting a chocolate cupcake with white chocolate frosting it wasn’t bad but if I wanted a cupcake I could pick one up on my side of town.

I have been stalker-​obsessed with Aster’s Macarons since first tasting this heavenly nectar of the gods at an Elite Party. And because Allie loves us, she has invited Aster back to supply the desserts MANY times, fueling our addiction!
When I found out that Aster was having a Valentine’s Day Special — I gave my husband a not-​so-​subtle request for them! It was a STEAL at $ 15 for a dozen that included four different flavors; Nutella Chocolate, Coconut, Raspberry, and Strawberry. And while they were Pinterest worthy in the beauty department, they tasted even BETTER with the top crunching just right revealing a moist and gooey center. Ahhhh this is the life!
While Aster carries a wide range of flavors, Coconut is probably my favorite! It’s smooth, creamy, and sweet with that distinctive Coconut flavor without the grittiness of coconut usually has. The most unique flavor is Fruit Loops! It sounds crazy but it’s SO good! You just have to try it for yourself!
The only thing sweeter than the Macarons, is Aster herself! I have had the pleasure of chatting with her on several occasions and knowing there’s someone so wonderful behind the treats just makes it that much special!
Aster’s Macarons are the PERFECT dessert for your party OR just to spoil someone you love, including yourself!!!

Aster makes my favorite macarons in Jacksonville. While she doesn’t have her own (yet), she is selling out of a storefront. JJ’s Bistro in Ponte Vedra carries her macarons and the dangerous part is that is mere miles from where I work.
I’ve tried most of the flavors she offers at different events around the city and I am never disappointed. Her salted caramel is probably my hands down favorite, but the coconut is a veryclose second. We picked up a few the other night at Jaxsons Night Market and the caramel ones must have been freshly made that afternoon as they melted in our mouths.
If you haven’t tried Aster’s yet, do yourself a favor and find her. You won’t regret it.

Really what can I say about these macarons that you don’t know. You all had them at the best Unilocal party ever the Moonbeam Bash. Theses things are pure heaven in pillow form. This is not the first time I have eaten these macarons. I even won a dozen so being the true fat kid I got 2 more dozen. We got 4 different flavors from Mango, pistachio, peanut butter, and the wife’s favorite Salted Caramel. So I have hidden a box of theses for later so maybe in a day or two I’ll dig them out for a big surprise or something or I’ll be a closet macaron eater. SSHHHHH
