We’ve used their towing services multiple times and were always happy with the service and response time. Today my husband was in a car accident and he called them to tow our car home. They left the scene before us and took 45 minutes after we got home for them to arrive. The worst part, after towing the car they charged us 3 times more than any time we’ve used them before! I will find a new company to use that isn’t in the practice of gouging their customers.
