I am going to add a copy and paste of my issue with the Customer Service area of the company. According to my brother the product is great but having to deal with WHY my gifts didn’t arrive on time was a HEADACHE. I did contact the company on several occasions but never heard back from management on my original complaint…“Why didn’t my package arrive when you said it would?” The person on the other end of the computer LOST a very valuable customer for Armadillo Pepper… I have one of the LARGEST families in the WORLD… The UNITEDSTATESAIRFORCE… Word of Mouth is very, very powerful. When I re-read the response YOU, Armadillo state you deliver 1 to 2 days… if I ordered on 17 June why did it take six days to deliver… My line of thinking… Ordered 16 June Afghanistan time(Tuesday). 17 June USAEST time(Wednesday)…If the company will process it that evening it might ship the same day which is within the allotted time to have it delivered BEFORE Father’s Day which was 21 June… According to You, Armadillo, you state…“Your order was shipped the same day is was received using FedEx per the shipping method you selected.” You are in FL the package was shipped to DE. You are really trying to tell me it took 6 days for Federal Express to deliver… Not buying it. I’ve been in the Transportation field for over 25 years… not acceptable. Next is my email transmission from Armadillo Pepper… Please remember, I’m rating the Customer Service NOT the product!!! Today is 16 July and NOONE from customer service management has contacted me YET!!! Email Transmission… I deleted personal information.
