I am in the middle of a move. I’m exhausted and stressed and SOGRATEFUL for the fine folks here. I have a front loading washer and dryer by GE that I purchased from Home Depot. My husband was here when they were delivered, and I have no earthly idea where the shipping bolts got off to. Maybe he threw them out. Maybe the installer never gave them to him. Maybe I threw them out in a fit of joie de vie-point is, they’re gone. Home Depot doesn’t stock them, and told me to call GE. GE customer service is terrible, acted like I was asking for a part that they had yet to invent, and then sent me the wrong thing. Foolish me, I didn’t check to see if I had the right thing. That was about a month ago. Flash forward to today, the movers are here and tell me that I need a different part. Home Depot still doesn’t stock them. GE is in different to my plight. I am terrified that I will have to leave almost $ 2000 of equipment behind in my rental property for my tenants to do God knows what with. I found their number on Google and they had my part in stock, gave me my military discount without me asking, and assured me that if it did not work right for whatever reason, they would take it back. My only regret is that I didn’t call them sooner. Front desk staff is friendly, the place is easy to find, and the place is spotlessly clean for being an appliance part store. Thank you so much.

My LG front-loader washer tried to process a penny via the Drain pump. Needless to say it broke the pump shaft. I called other appliance stores, but these guys knew exactly what part I was talking about(Powers Ave store). It really helps these guys if you bring in the old part so they can match it to the replacement. If I need other parts — I’m calling here first!
