The owner of this store is really friendly and knows his stuff. The prices are reasonable, too. I was able to get a higher-​quality brand of food for the same price I pay at Publix. I will be back with my pooch and my purse!

The owner lacks any and all customer service skills.
And if you ever have any issues with the products they sell, it’s best you never mention it to him in private correspondence or else he will threaten legal action.
It’s really too bad. Even though we got the impression he was overly emotional and quick to temper since witnessing an interaction with him and a customer more than a year ago, we continued to purchase from their shop because we liked the products they provide. But dealing with him has proven not to be worth it one bit.
