All About Blinds & Shutters

The people are very nice at All About Blinds.
However, they are not trained well on customer service and do not know how to anticipate their client’s needs.
My Wife and I got some light filtering shades installed and also some room darkening shades installed and the product is good. but the process is not.
This rating is not about the quality of their products. It’s about the quality of the overall experience.
We had the have the AAB team come out multiple times to fix poorly installed shades. Some of their employees act as if they want to get out of their as quickly as possible when they come to install something. They lack focus, attention to detail, and are not as professional as we expected them to be.
We were also told multiple times that their employees didn’t like working in our specific apartment building and so some crews refused to come and help us because of this. We had to wait weeks for them to come and fix problems.
Jacksonville as a city is evolving and the clientele is changing with it.
AAB needs to change their approach in all facets of the experience, train their team better, upgrade their talent in the office, and get some people in there that know how to keep the customer happy from start to finish.
