The staff at Dr. Powers office is always friendly and helpful. You can always get an appointment. Your glasses and contacts come in very quickly. They are also prompt with your appointments once you arrive.

Dr. Powers and staff are wonderful. I was fortunate to find Advanced Eye Care through an Internet search. What I can tell you is all the five star ratings in Unilocal and Google are accurate. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and thorough. The office is beautiful and my wait was less than ten minutes for each visit. I highly recommend Dr. Powers and Advanced Eye Care.

Advanced Eye Care is great! The staff always makes you feel welcome, and Dr. Powers makes a point to explain anything to you that you might not understand. I wish they had more space for more of an eyeglass selection, but don’t let that turn you away! The staff is great at helping you find the right frames for you, and they don’t mind ordering any different color or style that they might not have in stock. I first went here because I lived right around the corner, but I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I now gladly drive out of my way because it’s worth it. In and out in a timely manner, while getting great care and service.

I was referred to Advanced Eye Care, but unfortunately I would never refer anyone here. I waited for almost 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I was told I would not be able to be seen until 1 hour after my appointment time. Another patient was also waiting for awhile after her scheduled appointment time. They were less then apologetic about the situation. The inconvenience was handled less than professionally, and I will be recommending my friends and family to go elsewhere. Terrible first impression.

This place is excellent. I went there because I needed an optometrist that was going to be thorough and take the time to answer my questions. Dr. Powers and his staff are more than willing to help.
