Ace Air Conditioning and Appliance

It’s a roll of the dice when you try to find a repair person to come into your home and get your appliance back up and running. Ace was awesome.
Would have come the same day I called, but I scheduled it for the next. They charge $ 79 for the call, then they figure out the problem and give you a quote. If you agree to have them fix it, then there is no $ 79 charge.
I wasn’t home, so my wife had to meet the guy. Unfortunately, I don’t know his name, but he was awesome. He showed her what the problem was and how she could fix it. He talked to her about brands that he thought were the best, Whirlpool. And he preferred the older simpler ones as opposed to the newer, more expensive and fancier ones. Those older ones tend to be more reliable, easier to fix and thus cheaper to fix.
Also suggested that when we buy a home, always look for where the dryer vent is. You want it on or near the ground. If it comes out on the roof and there is an issue, then someone, maybe you, has to go up on the roof.
Anyhow, you get the picture. I chose them based on a Unilocal review so I felt I had to do my part. Hope it helps you. Good luck. And thanks to Ace!
