I called A1 one day and the next morning they were here looking at my microwave. One of the brothers pretty much diagnosed the problem over the phone. A fuse blew from steam from boiling water/​cooking potatoes damaging the upper electronics. Unfortunately, the fuse blew AND the magnetron, so it’s dead. All because I didn’t know after 15 – 20 of water boiling the steam can damage the upper electronics. I now know let it rest after 7 – 10 min for the steam to dissipate before I continue. If I hire them to install my new micro, they’ll deduct the service call fee from the install rate. I’d highly recommend them.

I had my refrigerator repaired because everything was melting in the freezer so i searched Unilocal for appliance repair companies in my area an they had the best rates. After setting up the call I was told that a service man would be out in two hours and sure enough hour and a half later they were here at my house an they called before showing up. The service man was very kind explained that I had a defrost issue with my refrigerator and that it would be 149.95 plus tax to get it going. So I went with the repair and here it is a week layer and it’s running like brand new still. The cost to replace my fridge would have been 1600 dollars so i am very greatful I called A1 action to my house. Plus u got a lifetime warranty on my part. If you need your appliances fixed call these guys.
