360 Irrigation & Landscaping

I would never use this company. We had them come out to do an assessment. We scheduled an appointment for the repair work. They called back a week later and moved the appointment without our consent (just left a voicemail). When we called to let them know that the new time would not work, they were VERY rude and would not give us the original appointment that we had agreed to. A waste of money, time and a terrible business! Very unprofessional. Buyer beware!

I had a bad experience with a different landscaper. I thought that might have been the norm. Thankfully, 360 Irrigation & Landscaping proved to be much better.
They came over and provided a consultancy in what we could do. Being a novice in landscaping, it was refreshing to give Tami my overarching desire, and then have her run with it. She responded quickly, giving us a computerized picture of what the house would look like with the new landscaping. That was really helpful — given that I don’t have a clue what plant looks like what by their name, it was awesome to get a visual depiction.
I paid half of the estimate as a downpayment, and then I went out of the country for 3 weeks. After I nervously told her that 1) I wouldn’t be home when they’d be there, and 2) I wouldn’t be reachable except via e-​mail, Tami assured me just to have a great time, they’d take care of everything, and we’d settle up when I got back. She delivered on her promise.
I came back to an immaculate front yard replete with an automated irrigation system. My neighbors have stopped by to tell me it looks great (I never talk to my neighbors).
You will be very happy you went with 360. They’re give credit to their profession.
