I would like to recognize great customer service. I purchased a Big Green Egg some time ago and frankly could not remember when I purchased. While entertaining with friends and cooking some prime strip steaks, the lid came loose from the strap and fell to the ground. This was embarrassing to say the least as any Big Green Egg owner knows, we love to show off the Egg’s performance. Well, met with the owners son GM and discussed the matter. The next day he had someone from his store out to take care of the matter and gave me a new chimney top sines the other one was damaged from the fall. Thanks very much to all at Ace for great customer service! I will continue to make purchases there and recommend to others as well.

I stopped in here the other morning to look for special Christmas décor on sale. Found some cute items. Problem was at check out. 2 young girls paying more attention to giggling and talking than showing a customer respect! Management should be more aware of what the employees are doing when customers are trying to check out

I have been to this store many time in the past. When you need this or that it’s normally here. They have a huge store with many thing that a normal hardware store has. They have a flower shop a gift shop and they have more then just Ace the Helpful Hardware Man stuff too. They also keep this store really clean and free of debris. They also if you are a longtime beach resident then you know the Turner Ace name. From the beaches on 3^rd street for many many years. I also went to school with Steve Turner and he won the Greater Jacksonville Kingfish Tournament a couple of times. The fish are still on the walls.

I’m not normally a huge fan of Ace Hardware stores due to them having slightly higher prices than the competition. This location makes up the difference with their customer service.
The general manager, Glen, has been at the store for years and treats everyone like a personal friend. His attitude has rubbed off on his employees as they are friendly and helpful as well.
For you folks that are into grilling out and and enjoying the outdoors, you need to check this place out. They have a huge selection of high quality grills on display. They are very knowledgeable in the area and can answer all of your questions. They also handle delivery and set up of the larger grills and outdoor kitchens. They also carry all of your accessories from grill lights to wood chips.
Are there any landscapers out there? Ace carries a full selection of residential and commercial grade Stihl power equipment. They carry the large containers of 2 cycle oil, inexpensive edger blades, and large spools of trimmer line that professional landscapers are always needing. If you need your mower blades sharpened, this is the place. $ 5 per blade! This is the cheapest that I have found. The place i used before was charging $ 10 a blade.
This store even carries a small selection of fishing supplies. They have rod and reel combos to locally manufactured jigs. This is a plus since this a beaches store.
Most of the Ace Hardware locations have nice garden centers and excellent florists. They offer delivery service for their flower arrangements as well.
