The Tan Cabana

Anna provided a fantastic spray tan at The Tan Cabana! I have very fair skin and am always worried about the end results looking orange or streaky. Neither occurred! Her tanning environment is absolutely comfortable and welcoming. Was able to book online, last minute and late evening. She has very accommodating hours. I loved that the spray tan dried instantly and wasn’t dripping. Definitely recommended and I will be going back! Thanks Anna!

I love my tan and am always happy with the results when leaving The Tan Cabana. The customer service is second to none, I love that I can work late and still be able to go get a beautiful spray tan before heading home, and my tan is always flawless. I don’t live or work anywhere near this place but I make the drive every time — it’s absolutely worth it! Save yourself the trouble of shopping around and get a spray tan that will boost your confidence and look fantastic.

Absolutely love love love the tan cabana. I recently went for my first airbrush tan 3 weeks ago and it looked so natural and amazing I went back the week after to get another. I still have a glow and it still looks so great. I am so excited another location is opening up closer to me because I will use any excuse to get another. I’ve gotten spray tans before in the booths where a machine sprays you, but it is not even on the same level as this. There are no streaks at all, no mess-​ups in color and the color is not orangy or strange looking at all. Looks amazing on all skin types, considering my (very pale) boyfriend went back and got one with me the second time and loved it. Anna and Sara are so awesome, the studio is clean and cute and it was an overall great experience!

Anna is wonderful! She listens to what the client wants in order to make sure you leave with your perfect tan! Also very affordable and flexible with scheduling!

I went to the tan cabana a couple of weeks ago to test out a tan for my wedding. This being my first tan, I was nervous I’d end up streaky or orange. The owner answered all of my questions before coming to the appointment and the website was very informative. The whole thing was very quick, and the tan looked great! I let it develop for 24 hours as recommended and showered the bronzer off. After the shower my tan was super even and beautiful! No streaky/​orange issues. It wore off very naturally it seemed to fade evenly. I’d definitely recommend the tan cabana!

Anna is excellent in her technique and knowledge of airbrush tanning. She is very thorough and professional and the color was very natural looking. I would highly recommend going to The Tan Cabana.

This was my first spray tan and I love it! Anna was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Whatever the occasion, if you’re looking to get tan then I highly recommend going to The Tan Cabana for your spray tan :)

The Tan Cabana is a perfect place to get a spray tan – the owner, Anna, is very approachable and makes you feel comfortable in a situation that might not be the *most* comfortable (stripping down to a bathing suit, underwear, or in the nude for your tan). That, to me, is one of the most important things when I receive an airbrush spray tan – I’ve been to ones with the machines, and they were very cold, stark, and unpleasant.
With Anna, I know that I’m not only getting a tan that’s been adjusted to exactly my needs and desired level of darkness, but that it will be even and I will like naturally bronzed – no oompa loompa orange, and no dark elbows, weird streaks or off-​putting smell (all things I’ve experienced with self-​tanner or the automated spray tan machines).
Her products are all-​natural, which I love, and she is very knowledgeable about skin types, application processes, and how to ensure that her clients get the MOST out of their tans (no oily products beforehand, shaving the day before, no Dove products due to a residue, etc.). You DON’T get such personalized service from a machine, and you definitely don’t get an all-​natural bronze glow with zero skin damage from a tanning bed/​outside. In my opinion, I’d much rather get an immediately gorgeous tan in fifteen minutes when I need a pick-​me-​up or for an event, instead of running the risk of wrinkles and skin cancer. NO thank you!
Anna’s facility is beautiful, beachy and chic. I felt at home, if my home were decorated like Crate & Barrel. :) Anna even has a wine chiller and gives her clients complimentary drinks if asked. How awesome is that? She’s also a great advertisement for her products – Anna is gorgeous and healthy, obviously taking great care of herself and skin, and she has that warm, approachable nature you crave in an aesthetician, ESPECIALLY one seeing you in your skivvies. Five stars – check out The Tan Cabana, your skin will thank you!

Anna is seriously gifted! I have super high standards with spray tans, and she completely met and exceeded them. My tan is perfectly even and nearly odorless. She was so professional throughout my tan, and she is really sweet. Can’t recommend this place enough. And thank you for making my fiancé a believer, too — he loved his first spray tan!

Can anyone say body contouring… I’ve never had any of my other airbrushing tanning artist do this for me. It literally made me look 10 lbs. skinnier!!! I can’t wait to spend the weekend in Florida on the beach with my sister. I can’t thank Anna enough for making me feel young, skinny & sexy. I highly recommend The Tan Cabana!

My first spray tan and I am thrilled. I love that I walked out looking tanned. The owner was very nice and knowledgable, even handed me a typed sheet with after instructions. Took time to make sure I was getting what I wanted and that it was done to perfection. Highly recommend!

I found The Tan Cabana through Instagram, I had been following for several months and finally decided to get spray tanned because Unilocal Spring Break was right around the corner… ;)
I called and was able to schedule an appointment for the following day (score)! Anna, the owner scheduled me and she was super sweet! She reminded me to come to my appointment shaved, showered, exfoliated and not to apply any lotions, creams or oils prior to arriving. The importance of this for those of you who haven’t been spray tanned is that, any products on the skin can act as a barrier and block the spray tan from fully absorbing which can make for an uneven, or slower lasting tan. She also informed me to wear dark loose fitting clothing (some of the product can rub off after your tan).
The location is off of 3^rd Street and super convenient if you’re in the Jacksonville Beach or Ponte Vedra Beach area. The individual room is within a building that also has esthetic services (facials, microdermabrasions, waxing etc) and hair stylists. Very female friendly!
Upon arrival I was greeted with a warm welcome from Anna, the owner and operator. She inquired how dark/​deep I wanted my tan to be and when we agreed on a deeper shade she informed me to undress to my comfort level. You can bring a bathing suit or underwear (the color black recommended) or you can get sprayed without anything on, (no tan lines if you choose this).
The tan itself felt more like air then an actual spray of mist which I liked. Anna was extremely professional, quick and efficient. She talked me through each step and I was in and out in no time!
It has been 2 weeks since my spray tan and I still have a hint of color which is incredible! I followed all of the post tan instructions which included patting myself dry after taking a shower and moisturizing twice a day. My tan has held up great! I can’t wait to go back!
