They have a good amount of employees that get you in and out pretty quick. I trust Jordan the most though… she always steers me right especially when others cant. A while back I had to replace the lid to my pool pump and other employees said that they didn’t have it in stock, it would have to be ordered, and it was going to be really expensive. So I came back and saw her and she found the exact one I needed in stock and fixed it that day. Later I needed to replace some tubing for my manual pool cleaner. I was debating buying an automatic but I have a very small pool and she recommended I stick with the manual instead of pushing a $ 300 new machine on me.
They also do free water testing and will guide you on your chemical needs based on your pool’s water quality.
