We were forced to make 2 separate trips to this location due to their extremely limited weekend hours. We arrived around 12:45 on a Saturday, 15 minutes prior to their closing. The store was run down and needed repair on the inside. 2 people were working, both of whom gave us a dirty glances when we walked in. I said as brightly as I could «we still have time before you close». And they huffed at us. No one asked if we needed help. They locked us into the store as soon as we started looking at paint. We received no help and awful customer service. We went right down the street to Sherwin Williams where we had a delightful experience and eventually made a purchase from them. I would never recommend anyone trying this store especially when their competitor is much friendly and offers a wider selection.

I’m pretty much a Benjamin Moore paint fan now. We painted a duplex we own on 3^rd Street with masonry sealer and iced green elastomeric paint. We did the trim in Lancaster White. The paint coverage is excellent.
Everyone in the shop is polite and helpful. On the decorating side, there’s a really sweet, cool little dog who hangs out on the table — my 3-year-old loves that!
The BMoore paint coverage has been excellent. I have a gallon that I’ve used to paint a whole kitchen and bathroom and I still have more than ½ gallon left. The folks at Duval Paint custom matched that color for me.
Also, they always load the buckets into the car, which is nice.
