Clerk Of Circuit Court

This is by far the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered in a DMV/Clerk’s Office. They are knowledgeable and actually SMILE! :) We waited a while, with an appointment, but it’s funny how you don’t mind things like waiting when your treated properly!

I agree with the previous reviewer that the employees here are so friendly and helpful. I come here alot for my work and my process server is always there when I cannot be. They are fast and friendly, and for a «government» office that is UNHEARD OF. Kudos to them! I only gave 4 stars because they close before 5, but other than that, they are the go to when downtown makes you want to pull your hair out…

What a pleasure it is being able to go to the beaches office of the clerk of court. After having gone downtown and waiting for ever to be waited on by rude employees, it was such a joy going into this branch and being greeted by friendly people who know what they are doing. When I walked in the door there was a line with five people in it. I saw four people working and all four people were helping the customers. It was so nice to only stand in line 1 minute before I was helped. The lady that helped me was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and quick. It was also nice being greeted as I walked in the door rather than being treated as if they were doing me some sort of favor going to work and getting paid to be bothered by me. When I went downtown to the clerk of court they gave me such bad treatment that I am overjoyed to had found this gem at the beach.
I highly recommend if you need anything done at the clerk of court, you go to the beaches location. Ha ha Ha… She even told me that they were busy today after the holiday yesterday. I cannot imagine how much quicker I would’ve gotten in and out of there had there not been a holiday yesterday.
Just a quick sidenote… They have a cute little area set up to perform marriages. How sweet is that!
