I’ve ordered quite a few specialty cakes & donuts here with mixed results. I don’t love all of their frostings but that is personal preference. Their paczkis are definitely not the traditional ones I’m used to but we’re still good.

This place has one of the worst staff I’ve ever seen. All of them are so rude. If you aren’t part of their«family circle», they will disregard your presence completely. Cinnoti’s? More like Snottys. It’s not worth your money or your time with a snotty staff.

The pastries and baked goodies are definitely good. I’ve heard they also have good cheeseburgers, so I gotta try those. The bread is also very good, and I enjoy their breakfast sandwiches too.

We first tried Cinotti’s this fall when friends gave us a dozen of their pumpkin donuts. Unfortunately, we could not taste any pumpkin as they had an overwhelming taste of deep fryer fat that was long past its due and we ended up tossing them out. Assuming it was just a bad batch, I ordered my wife’s birthday cake from them just before their holiday break. Cake was absolutely beautiful and their decorator did a wonderful job. However, the top and middle layers of butter cream frosting were over a ½ inch thick and just did not taste good. It had the density of a stick of room temperature margarine. We all ended up just scraping the frosting off and eating the actual cake which was fine. I phoned them the next day to check if perhaps we had received a cake with a bad batch of frosting. Their supervisor let me know that the frosting was as intended and that they are actually famous for it. Fair enough, that is their product, they stand by it and it is popular. It just did not suit our particular tastes and we will look elsewhere for our baked goods in the future.

I first heard about Cinotti’s about ten years ago when my sister in law used Cinotti’s for her wedding cakes. Since I lived on the other side of town I did not have much reason to visit. But I found out they are the best kept secret in Jacksonville that everybody knows about. If there was a sign that that said«The Real Cake Boss», I would agree with it. But Mr. Cinotti is much too humble for accolades, but man his food is good. Looking for something around the holidays– try the pumpkin donuts. Need to bring a dessert to someone’s house — try the chocolate cake with white icing. Having a dinner party and want to set up a dessert table — try these cookies that are shaped like stilettos and champagne glasses — I have no idea what they are called but they are fantastic. What a breakfast treat or sandwich for lunch — well you will not be disappointed. So 15 years after I first heard about this amazing bakery, I met the Cinotti family at church and I can honestly say, if you knew them you would enjoy their food that much more. Concerned and involved with the community, trying to run a business the right way and giving to numerous causes is what they are all about.

Their pumpkin donuts are terrific, the best thing I’ve tasted in a while. I haven’t been here yet but I got to try one.

Walking distance from my work. Large selection on cookies and truffles. Good sandwiches. Burger was delicious, big size, was decent to split with a friend.

Always looking for a great bakery, came here with my daughter while visiting her in Jax, so happy we did. Cute place, tables for eating in. We eat ordered a panini and traded a half to try, the chicken pesto and Italian. Both were great and very fresh. Even though we were full, the bakery temptations smelled and looked to good to pass up. We order a cannoli, a Napoleon, and a chocolate covered cream horn to go. The cream horn was fantastic, the perfect flaky pastry, filled with sweet cream and covered with chocolate, yummy! Happily surprised by the cannoli filling, tasted great, just wish the filled to order because the shell was a bit soggy. The Napoleon was okay, or maybe it was good, but we have been spoiled by NY bakeries.

It’s «the bakery» to be at in Jax beach. I’ve been Coming here for years and it’s sad how inconsistent they are. I use the phrase«coming here for years» loosely. Donuts? I stop at Dunkin Donuts right around the corner if I want one. Cookies? It’s like playing Russian-roulette with baking soda or sugar overload in every bite. I’ll probably still stop in once a year when no one else is open or if I’m cruising by and feel like getting a dose of sugar.

Some of the best donuts in Jacksonville, with a wide variety of donuts, pastries, cookies, and cakes. More seating inside than it looks like to eat in, or grab a box to go. Hard to go wrong here. And the pumpkin donuts are mind blowing when in season.

Best bakery in Jacksonville hands down, some of the best donuts I have ever eaten and everything there looks and smells wonderful. To bad the staff is not very friendly. To be the complete package you have to treat your customers like you appreciate them not like they are bothering you.

Delicious neighborhood bakery. They have a little bit of everything from maple bacon donuts to breakfast sandwiches to wedding cakes. Speaking of wedding cakes they made ours! We opted for yellow and chocolate cake with strawberry filing, and 50 cupcakes to go along with!

This is one Jax beach finest and may even be Duval counties most consistent bakery. It is not a euro type bakery but a incredible traditional bakery. The donuts, cookies and pastries are spot on and consistent. The bakery deals in cash and credit/debit for payment options. This is a must if your a guest in Jax or you call Jax home. The maple bacon donut is a must try and do not be afraid to order two you will thank yourself later.

There’s always an excuse to stop by Cinotti’s and experience the stop-you-in-your-tracks wallop of sugary aromas that hit as soon as you enter the door. Family coming in town? Treat yo self. Your turn to pick up breakfast for the office? Treat yo self. Mid-afternoon snack emergency? Treat yo self — with some Cinotti’s baked goods. The bakers at Cinotti’s are whipping up tray upon tray of carb-y treats fresh each morning, and if you want the best pick of the crop, it’s best to arrive there early. The donuts are my go-to treat no matter the time of day, and I like to get there in the morning if I’m feeling like a Maple Bacon donut or one of their locally famous Pumpkin donuts due to their popularity and tendency to sell out quickly. The donuts at Cinotti’s tend to be denser in variety, but are still super soft and airy when eaten fresh. I really like the Key Lime donut(really flavorful with a hint of lime) and the Red Velvet(classic). It’s easy to get swept up to the main counter, but take time to walk the display cases before making an impulse choice — you’re going to want to try one of their specialty frosting-covered cookies shaped into fun designs like dolphins, flip-flops and other seasonal characters. Always a great option for last-minute party treats. The bakery’s location off Penman is great for stopping by on the way to or from the beach, and has plenty of parking. Definitely one of my favorite spots at the beach.

Love going in Cinotti’s and just smelling the air! They do cakes the good old fashioned way. Good moist cake and amazing real icing not the whip cream crap. They can create many cakes and I’ve been using them since my kids were babies. They had a pig cake on the shelf the other day and it was adorable! You can have a great lunch here too and very reasonable. There is a reason they are still here and going strong! There amazing, that’s why!

Nom nom nommmmwich. One piece of advice: pick savory or sweet when it comes to breakfast. Don’t try to do both. I’ve had the bacon ommwich & my husband has tried the sausage variety. Both were delicious and deceivingly bigger than they appeared. While the donuts are always delicious, we didn’t need both. Lesson learned. On our last visit I wanted a maple bacon donut, but they didn’t have any in the case. What did they do? Made me one. That’s right! Cinotti’s made my holiday weekend ‘da bomb diggity by getting it started with a freshly made maple bacon pillow of goodness.
