I buy from the Oxford location all the time. Was looking forward to visiting the Jkn location for the 1^st time. I lived on Belle Glade Street across from Highland Village for many years, but this store was not there in 2000. I walked in & the sales lady did not acknowledge me, she greeted the male entering after me, she never asked if she could help, assist or acknowledge outwardly that I was even present. But I am very noticeable if you’re the only person that looks like you in the entire store of 5 people! When I finally chose an item & placed it on the counter to look for other items, she said «are you ready to check out». I will never visit the Jkn location, it was quite obvious that I was not welcomed in an area where I once owned a home, sold it, made a nice profit & now live in an even larger, nicer home. I made one purchase today at 15:59, invoice # 0015, but will be returning it to the Oxford store on Tuesday September 3^rd. Like the costume jewelry but not that type service–

Love, love, love their jewelry!!! And they also have a great selection of purses. If you ever need the perfect gift for a girl or need something for yourself, this is definitely the place to look. It’s out at Highland Village in Jackson!
