TGIF’s was an excellent place to go a few years ago, but this location, at least, is really on its way out of business. We had lunch there Sunday 8⁄12 & the server forgot to put in our order for the appetizers! The food was okay, but a little cold when delivered. I should have had a clue when all the places nearby were very crowded & this place had an empty parking lot. We ate there a while back & ordered a Southwest Salad that was supposed to have 6 or so ounces of grilled chicken, but ours had no chicken at all! Maybe TGIF’s is okay in other cities, but not Jackson, TN.
