Bought power washer from them that failed to work after 5 uses. Ok not Superior’s fault but after three weeks in their shop they haven’t done anything with it! I put in 4 phone calls and got the runaround on how busy they are. Very poor communication on their end. I get the feeling they don’t want home owners shopping there and only want their long time commercial customers. As I spent a cool grand on this power washer I felt that I deserved better treatment. Should have just bought from a big box store as they would have at least refunded my money so I could have moved on. Now I’m trapped in a stand off. Was thinking about getting a whole home generator system costing 10k from them. Not now as I don’t trust their service.
