I’ve been to this location dozens of times. On at least 2 prior occasions, I’ve been shortchanged. On multiple visits I’ve been overcharged and had to correct the cashier on the true advertised price. I always order the monthly footlong and this time a Chicken Teriyaki was listed. After ordering and paying, I realized the sign was for a 6″. Why is a 6″ listed on a monthly footlong special sign. I left highly irritated and felt ripped off. When calling customer service to leave a comment, they really didn’t care how I felt. Be careful at this location, read the signs carefully, know the price and check your change!

The morning staff is pleasant, Kim & Kelcy. They are professional & are always aiming to please the customer. Two thumbs up for the service they provide. However, management does need to make sure they don’t run out of coffee cups & Orange juice.
