Clean BUSY Urgent Care. Waiting times can vary greatly depending on the surge of people. I’m pretty germ paranoid in these facilities so the plethora of sanitizes all over the place was re-​assuring. It is a modern well equipped facility, and should adequately be able to deal with all the minor stuff that ales you. Awful!!! Sitting here with blood running into my boots waiting on stiches… been here in the waiting room for an hour… literally about to leave and find help else where… they need to change their name because if you need urgent care they dont provide it.

Visiting from Seattle and son ruptured his eardrum. Initially met with a medical office in West Yellowstone that was a complete joke. Subsequently met with the Urgent Care group here in Jackson and couldn’t have been more impressed. Very professional office with qualified staff that quickly put our concerns to rest.
