If I could give less than one star I would, terrible experience. I totally got screwed. Tryed to have them help me and they would not help me at all. I bought and engagement band and they put it all together terribly. I told them I was not happy and tryed to figure something out but they said the band I bought from them was worthless and I couldn’t get any credit towards anything else. I paid almost 500 and they wanted another 500 or something crazy. My fiancé left crying and it was the worst experience. Please don’t go there.

Got a ring cleaned and polished here. Ring looks like new! Best of all, their fee was half of what I quoted from Kay where the ring was originally purchased. I asked and they explained to me the whole flashing process. Exceptional service.
