I have always loved Mrs. Sullivan’s pecan pies. I live in Paducah Kentucky and I have not found a store that carries them. So, I looked online and found their website and decided to order some and have them shipped to my home. I placed my order on May 16th and the purchase price was debited from my bank account on May 18th. Problem is today is June 2nd and I still have not received my pies. I understand they are coming from Jackson Tennessee but that is only a couple hours away. I could have walked to Jackson and been back by now. I have called the only number listed on their website and no-one ever answers and now the recording says the mail box to that number is full! I bet I know why if other people are having as much trouble getting their orders. Does anyone know a better way to get in touch with Mrs. Sullivan’s pie company? Thank you
Leslie H.

I placed a large online order for their miniature pies to include in welcome bags for out-of-town guests for our daughter’s wedding. Order placed on Nov. 2 and promptly confirmed by email but no mention of expected delivery date. I didn’t worry b/c the wedding was not until Nov. 16. When more than a week passed w/no pies and no email about delivery, I started calling the Jackson office. I called multiple times a day from Nov. 11 – 13, getting voice mail each time saying they couldn’t take calls and inviting callers to leave a message, which I did multiple times. They never returned my calls and it was not until Nov. 14 that I got a UPS email that the pies would be delivered by 6:30p that day. Unfortunately, we delivered the welcome bags earlier that day so the pies were of no use by the time they arrived. I never received any communication by email or phone from the company itself. The product was OK but the customer service was incredibly bad. I will not order from them again and cannot recommend them.
