Ordered a crispy chicken salad and 2 happy meals for my kids and they gave us a salad with premium bacon. If I lived a little closer I would have drove all the way back and asked for a refund. My kids fries were cold and gross. This is the second time they did this to us. Never again. We hardly ever get food like this, but they wanted the «Home» toys that came with meals and I figured they can’t screw up a salad… but YES they can. If they don’t have a salad to give out they should admit it and I would have not ordered anything for myself.
Stick to route 9 in Freehold, never a problem.

This Place is the worst
Only the morning crew can handle their job as, perfessional
All other crews and management are terrible and have been so for years.
Over the course of the last 4 years and only as a last ditch effort I have gone to this McDonalds upwards of 10 times. 7 of those ten outings result in incorrect orders sub for food order just the unwillingness or inability to make menu items. As a note I have also gone to this location for breakfast at least 15 times and the breakfast crew is always on top of their job. So, unless you want breakfast steer clear of the worst McDonalds ever

It depends on who is working. The dining area today is very clean. Yesterday morning it was a mess. There is one guy who works here he might be a manager or assistant manager but he seems to make it run better than my 2 star rating.

This McDonalds has gone down hill!!! The food is not really made fresh… and try ordering a hot fudge sundae with extra fudge they give you a half a cup of ice cream and charge $ 2.09 for it… now I am older and remember these when they were $ 1.00…I will pay $ 1,000.00 for an LV bag but I only want to pay $ 1 when it comes to «fast-​food ice cream»…

Very bad customer service and dirty. It took for me 20 minutes to get my order. I checked my order before leaving, no salad dressing, missing ingredients from the salad. The workers are like running around trying to be fast but are not accurate. The cashier over charged me, the manager was downright nasty. To top it all very dirty McDonalds. AVOID this Mcdonalds or check your order before you leave
