It is extremely difficult to reach the office manager. If by some amazing luck you find her in the office, it is difficult to get information from her. If you apply for an apartment, you can expect it to take months to complete your application and to hear if there is even an apartment available. These are nice apartments, and well taken care of, but the process is grueling. Once you are in, though, I hear it is a very nice place to live. contact the corporate office if you are having difficulty. they are very nice. I don’t know anything about these apartments due to the fact that the office person is NEVER THERE. I have called for weeks and left numerous messages and stopped by and nobody is ever there. How is one supposed to A) get info, and B) even apply for an apartment? They need a new office person asap.
