Golden Gates Chinese Restaurant

I love how authentic their food is!!! The buffet is great but ordering off the menu is even better!!!

I lived in China for 3 years and I miss traditional Chinese cooking soooooo much!!! I have yet to find traditional Chinese food here but of the restaurants I’ve tried in the Cape/​Jackson area, I like Golden Gate (s?) the best. (Am well aware that in this area I shouldn’t expect to find anything but American-​Chinese as a traditional Chinese restaurant would probably go out of business quickly.) The gentleman that runs the front of the house is friendly & cheerful. The buffet has a nice selection of items & it’s continuously checked on as they don’t have huge trays full of food that lose their heat & flavor from sitting out too long. If you want your food to be spicy then you’ll have to add the «la jiao» (hot chili) sauce that’s in a bottle at the buffet.
