I just had the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. Larry helped me and gave me a «Glamour Pedicure». It was well worth the extra money($ 60) — a bit more than a regular pedicure. There are a lot of extra steps, such as paraffin wrap, salt scrub, massage with warm stones and many other luxuries. My feet are super soft and look great. Larry was very nice and friendly. He was gentle but thorough. I liked it so much I’m returning tomorrow for a manicure with Larry. The salon is clean, nicely decorated and friendly.

They are very clean. I noticed the place quite, I wish the music was a bit louder though. They have good customer service, and rarely speak Vietnamese language. I love that they have a sign that let customers know not to leave unhappy and talk to them first. Oh, and ask for discount. They might have one for you.

The location is good, parking is easy. The staff are accommodating and the premises are clean. I’ve had no problem at all with the pedicures here, always great. BUT! The problem is their Gel procedure for natural nails. They are super aggressive on your nail. Do NOT let anyone there use the dremel on your natural nails, they will tell you it will not damage them, they are«just using it to get the old gel off». That’s a big fat lie. It’s been several months now and I am still recovering from their butchering of my nails. I’ve never had such a problem before, anywhere. I should have realized what was happening when I put my fingers in the water to soak and all my nails bent like paper. It will look good when you leave but will take months for recovery.

When I called the salon to make an appointment I asked if they did gel nail extensions as well as how much their pedicures were. She told me they did, that they were $ 45 and pedicures were $ 35 and if I got them done together I would get a 10% discount. Once I got there, she told me it was actually $ 55 for my nails. I figured someone on the phone had just misspoke and didn’t make a big deal out of it. However, they did not do gel nail extensions, they did acrylics. I only realized this after the guy doing my nails had cut them extremely short. I was upset but realized there was obviously a miscommunication and told him I would be fine with acrylics as long as they were pretty short and a natural almond shape. He told me he could do that, and so off he went. While he was buffing out my nails he burned two of the fingers at the cuticle and cut the other one so I was bleeding. Once he was done buffing and shaping I asked him, not once, not twice, but three times to please round them more. I even went as far as to tell him I didn’t want them to look square at all. He got visibly more annoyed each time I spoke, which I understand it’s frustrating to have someone tell you how to do your job but acrylics stay on for quite a bit of time and since I wasn’t planning on getting them in the first place, I wanted to at least like them when it was all over. After he shaped them the fourth time he didn’t ask me if I liked them(which I’m sure was purposeful) and just brought me over to the pedicure station while one guy did my nails, he polished my ugly, squared off stripper acrylic nails. It was not relaxing at all. My pedicure literally took fifteen minutes and then they were bringing me up to the front to charge me. I hate to say that I was actually happy to get of there at this point. The man who did my pedicure cut my toes extremely short so it was kind of funny to me, having no toenails and wicked witch of the west fingernails. He told me my total was $ 80, then the same woman who has quoted me $ 55 for the nails, yelled something in an Asian language and the guy said $ 95 actually. I asked him how $ 55 + $ 35 –10% came out to $ 95. The same woman came up and using a calculator, added $ 60 + $ 35 and told me that was my total. I reminded her that she quoted me $ 55 for my nails right before we started. She was extremely condescending and ended up charging me $ 85 total with the discount. All in all, it was not a good experience. I enjoy getting my nails and toes done typically because it gives me a chance to be away from everyone and kind of unwind. I don’t mind spending the money to be allowed that chance. This is the first time I have ever left a nail salon feeling like I’d just wasted a bunch of time and money. It seems this is just another opportunistic business in Jackson that charges an absorbent amount of money because of where it is located without giving any really good services. I will never return and will never recommend this place.

The signature pedicure is a great value! This was the first time I’ve had hot stones as part of a pedicure. It was a nice touch. I almost fell asleep, which is saying a lot for me. We went with a group of 4(2 men and 2 women). Reservations are recommended. Oh, and the chair massage was the best I’ve ever felt!

Great place away from the downtown. Mom & I winged it and walked in for pedicures. Even though they were busy… They were very accommodating. Tip: if you want a Glamour pedi you need an appt. but the signature pedi was really good if you want to go beyond basic. I wish I found this place sooner!

Glamour Nails was the best! Everyone is so friendly, and speaks English well. They also have two little butterfly chairs, for the kids. I personally had a great experience there, and could not ask for more!

I took my girlfriend in for a manicure and pedicure. While waiting for her, I had a foot massage. The atmosphere in the shop was great. It was clean and nicely decorated. One big plus was that the shop had no chemical smell like the typical nail stores do. Both she and I were very happy with the service. My girlfriend was estastic with the designs on her nail set.

This place is FAST&CLEAN!!! Did both shellac mani/pedi at the same time :) The only cons: 1) limited polish selection 2) a bit pricey… Read the menu… I didn’t and ended up missing the pedi I was intending Over all good, I was pleased. The staff is very friendly, and did a quality job!!!

Our family came through Jackson, WY midway through our trip this summer and I needed to get my nails done. This place was wonderful. I got a new set of pink and whites and I have to say it was the best nail job I’ve ever had(and I’ve been getting my nails done like this for about 10 years). I had to have three remaining artificial nails removed, so the technician recommended I soak them off rather than pry since it was gentler. Although I’m generally not a fan of soaking in chemicals, I appreciate the fact they wanted to go with the gentler option since my nail beds are so thin. Usually the nail product starts to lift away from my nail bed, but these have stayed clean and adhered better than any other time I have had them done. They still look terrific. The place is clean and well-lit. The staff is very kind. This salon is a great choice!

After my girlfriends’ and I recent return from our Yellowstone getaway, that turned out to be much more physical and strenuous than we thought, she was in desperate need of some nail rescue. She did a Google search for local Nail Salons, and found«Glamour Nail and Spa». I had agreed to drop her off, and leave until the end of her appointment. My main reason for not waiting, was the fact that the chemical smell of Nail Salons is unbearable to me. But as I walked her in, I noticed that it did not have that strong chemical smell. We were informed by the staff that they’ve installed a sophisticated filtering system to address that issue. Because of the comfortable breathing environment, I took the opportunity to stay and enjoy a much needed massage after all my hiking and camping. My girlfriend loved her nails, and I had a great massage; we both thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The staff was gracious, and helpful. The salon looks fairly new, it is modern and well decorated. We wholeheartedly recommend this Salon and its friendly staff.
