Had to rent a car due to an emergency situation. The young lady (sorry I do not remember her name) was very friendly and helpful. She helped us find a vehicle suitable for our needs (one way rental) and was patient with us while we gathered the information she needed.
The only downside: the cost of weekday rentals vs weekend rentals, and the drop-​off fee I felt was a bit high.
