This is probably one of the nicest well ran branches I’ve ever frequented. The girls in here are awesome. Melissa & Victoria really go above and beyond to make your experience amazing as possible. I’ve never felt so welcomed at a branch.

They don’t seem to have many cars, had an emergency and needed a car for the following Monday for work. Since they aren’t opened on the weekends needed to get it Friday. The insurance company put a request in for me. Called to secure the car, and was told they didn’t think they would have any cars this weekend. The agent said he would check and call back. Almost an hour now and no call. What car rental place has no cars on Friday? I would expect them to have extra cars there on a Friday. And still waiting for a call back! They never called back, we had to call them and they still could not find a car! Found one at Sonora Enterprise.
