I am not sure if this is an ownership change issue or just the business not performing up to par, but the service was not up to par for their reputation!
My family ordered couches that weren’t in the order they expected a new item to be! We inquired about the furniture, and then asked for the company to get the furniture because it wasn’t what was presented quality wise!
Weeks went by without us hearing from anyone and when we contacted the business we were ignored and not answered!
It took 6 months for finally to be settled to get our refund back! That was because we disputed the charge with our credit company! Dunlop picked up their furniture at least 5 ½ months later!
Buyers beware! This company seems to take advantage of its community! Sad situation!

Best customer service ever. Each person I talked to there was so polite and helpful. I was kind of being a problem child and they still helped me with the best attitude. The delivery guys are both really nice also.

Drop by the showroom and peruse their selection of in-​stock furniture or belly-​up to the counter and flip through oodles of catalogs from several major manufacturers… because if it’s not on the floor, they can easily order it for you (as we found out).
