I hate even writing this, but the mani was just the worst thing I have even seen. It was so bad, in fact, that I had to regroom the nails for several hours when I got home. The «acrylic» was all over the place in lumps and bumps and the polish job was horrific. My nails were so thick, it was awful. Each one had a «wheel» divot on each side right at the center. The rotary tool burned every nail bed. That part was torture. That being said, the girl who did my nails is the sweetest, nicest girl… but she has no business doing nails. I HATE that it came to this but I don’t want others to go thru what I did. I had my nails redone elsewhere yesterday. The lady there — who has been doing nails for 25 years BY HAND — said she’d never seen anything like it. The acrylic turned out to be gel (on top of my old acrylic). It took her 2 hours to do my nails over. So…30 plus 10 tip at Butterflies…50 plus 20 tip to get it fixed. $ 110 later… I simply cannot recommend this place for nails.

Very nice staff. My little daughters were treated VERY well and had a very nice time. Quite enjoyable and worth it.

Bridget cut my hair today and I was impressed a guy getting his hair done in a beauty salon and she did a wonderful job. The Salon Spa is bright and clean and everyone is so professional. I got a pedicure there by Jen also and another great experience. I have a torn MCL and ACL and my knees can hurt when my feet are moved or leg manipulated. Jen was very careful of my problem and gave me a wonderful pedicure. I left the spa yesterday extremely satisfied, relaxed and refreshed. Tell them Coach Bob said Hello when you go visit word of mouth business is the best compliment someone can be given and I want them to know they were appreciated.
