When going through the drive-thru, without fail, they will tell us to park while the food is being cooked, even when there is no one behind us. They are crazy slow here and usually give a lot of attitude too. Standard Burger King fare, nothing special or great. I avoid this Burger King when possible.

If I could give it a minus 5 I would. Went tonight was told by drive. through clerk one moment and nothing. Said Hello, backed up and and went forward several times. Called for some one so just backed out and left. While leaving there was no one there. Had 6 hungry kids so called a pizza delivery in. By the time we got home pizza was delivered.

hey what is the emplyees problem? they kept putting mayo wheni did not want it. being overweight have to eat healthy. there was also a piece of plastic in the sandwich. they need better training or new workers if they dont like there job.

The slowest service anywhere. Not to mention they screw your order up everytime. If you go at lunchtime, expect to spend your entire lunch hour waiting for your order. Incapabale of multitasking. You order a soda and you wait for 20 minites for your cup and you look like a pscho for complaining.

This morning I stopped for a diet coke. There was ONE car in front of me waiting to order. We sat there for 7 minutes before the car in front of me was even acknowledged they were at the speaker box. I would have backed out and went somewhere else, but there was a line of cars behind me. After finally being able to place my order(waited for 9 minutes) I moved forward to the pay/pick up window. There was still the ONE car in front of me waiting for their order. After waiting an ADDITIONAL22MINUTES, I finally received my diet coke and was on my way. This is an extremely unreasonable amount of time to wait at drive thru. When I asked the BK employee why the wait, she said someone walked in with a large order. I understand that, but a 22 minute was is ridiculous. DONOT go here if you are under time constraints.

I had come here 25+ years ago & used the drive thru & had to repeat my order like 4 time’s & the person taking the order got upset because I had raised my voice to a loud tone so they could hear me. Once I finally got my order & cheked it, it was still wrong. Move ahead to present day– being the first time i’ve been back in all these year’s & again used the drive thru & had the EXACT same experiance as all those year’s ago! Just amazing!

My NEW review… Well there’s just no polite way to say it, so here she goes… This franchise has changed hands again and I must say the difference is ABOMINABLE. We all sacrifice«junk food points» from time to time and this place is the WORST now for such an endeavor. The meat seems as it were boiled(yes… BOILED)! What happened to flame BROILED(ah yes someone forgot an «R» in «broiled» in the training manual)… That place must be avoided… even for a fast food spot, it’s well below expectations. For the same price you could go to any one of the other spots in the same shopping mall and do waaaay better. Your stomach and taste buds will thank you in person! My OLD Review(5stars) Well I go there once a week, and the day I go there shifts from time to time Sometimes Tuesday, sometimes Thursday… you get the idea… with this franchise, it really really depends who’s on staff as to how your food turns out. I have been there where my burgers come out soggy and miserable with shabby lettuce and tomatoes(and beef for that matter)… and I have been there where the burgers were absolutely fresh and brilliant… This is why the four star rating… let’s face it, we all know what to expect with a fast food joint, but the fast food joint should at least meet expectations for a fast food joint! The Jackson Burger King does… for the most part do so, but NOTALWAYS!

We were on our way to Tahoe when we had to make a pit stop for nature’s call and breakfast. The bathrooms were clean and accommodating, but what caught my attention and inspired me to review this particular BK outlet was the professionalism exhibited by our drive-thru service person(sidebar, don’t ask why my family will park to use the bathroom but insist to use the drive-thru to order food; beats me). Our drive-thru service person, whose name escapes me, exuded the kind of alacrity characteristic of an air traffic controller. She recognized turbulence in our order indecision and calmly entered and re-entered items as we changed our minds. The items popped up on the review screen as quickly as our minds changed. The intonation in her voice suggested confidence and professionalism, that she was used to this kind of thing, and was not fazed by the complexity of our order. And the topper– you know how you have some change you want to get rid of, like pennies and stuff, and you think of it last minute after the cashier’s already entered the amount, but you just want to get rid of some pennies? Our drive-thru service person, without so much of a hitch in her step, took the pennies, dropped them in her tray, and took out the proper amount of change. It’s not that I’m so impressed that normal people can do math in their head, but it was the speed with which she did it, like she didn’t even have to think about it. So for cleanliness, professionalism, speed, and«alacrity,» this Burger King outlet gets my 5-star approval. The King would be proud.
