Good service and selection on speakers. They carried the base models as well as high line. Staff was knowledgeable but check out was slow.

I usually don’t write store reviews… worst store ever! Returned an item with receipt, but was told since it was past the 15 days, all I could get was a gift card… it had been only 12 days… but she wouldn’t budge and said she was the MGR. So I took the gift card and went looking to redeem it. While looking at, I was rudely told to MOVE since this kid had to bring a HUGE ladder down the isle and I was in his way! I moved closer to the shelf and once again I was told I needed to get out of the isle completely… I got mad and left and will never return to this store… I think the Corp. Office needs to look into this store.

I just don’t like being in here at all. The staff is not at all knowledgable. I feel like I am talking to a used-car salesman in there– a bad 1 at that. Anyways. I wish they would hire more knowledgable staff that actually pretended at least to know what they’re talking about.

The bad… Poorly run, staff standing around when customer purchase and question lines are growing longer. Not flexible or as accommodating as other Best Buy stores. I even had another Best Buy store manager make a request to this store manager. They would not honor the request and had no rationale for refusal, except it was not their policy. The good… Large parking lot, large store and seemingly enough staff.

This is a large fine Best Buy. Parking is easy. In a mall with many other useful stores and places to eat.

Best Buy is like a personal toy store for me at times, but this time it was a necessity that I visit here. I live in Tampa, FL and normally could have waiting to go home, but needed a new charger for my cell phone. Not sure who runs this store, but that person needs to readdress the staff. I went to the cell phone department and looked for a charger, did not see a charger for my cell phone so I asked for help with finding my charger, but the glassed look into her eyes seemed to appear that helping me was the last thing she would be capable of. I asked for assistance anyways and was answered, «uh what?» I asked again and could not find a charger, I asked if there was a overstock area or a another brand that I could get as well and was answered with, «umm, err». I just decided to look for myself since I did not want to wait until my next birthday to get my charger. I would up finding the charger mixed in with the headsets and left before I asked another question and possibly get drooled on or something. While I will still shop at Best Buy, but not this one unless I absolutely had to.
