Very poor customer service. Tara, specifically will go out of her way to be rude.
Also, they will try to charge you more for every possible transaction. Never rent from here. Use Enterprise Car Rental. I’ve used Avis at other locations at normally it is ok. Jackson, TN is awful. Do not rent here. You will be sorry if you do.
