The New owner sucks she doesn’t know how to take orders she’s always forgetting an order of mine when the food arrives. There half chicken looks like pigeon. Lisa the Owner before was amazing she knew everyone’s order sorry to say I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Why does the menu say Ming Star and the outside says Sun Hing? No idea. Just wondering. Sun Hing aka Ming Stare is a typical mom & pop neighborhood Chinese Take-out place. The food is fresh but a little on the greasey side with some of their dishes; ask for less oil or you are going to get a pool of oil in your food. I often go here because their prices are good and they are fast. Stuff I have tried– Lo Mein– fresh but greasy. Ask for less salt and oil. Rated 3⁄5 Chicken Chow Fun– very greasy. Ask for lese salt and oil. Rated 2⁄5 Roast Pork Egg Foo Young– it is tasty a little over cooked; worth getting again. Rated 3⁄5 Sauteed Mixed Vegetable w/rice– large variety of veggies but greasy. Rated 3⁄5 Orange Flavored Chicken– tasty but salty. Rated 3⁄5 Sesame Chicken– tasty but salty. Rated 3⁄5 Their luncheon specials are available 7 days a week instead of 5 days like some places.

This place has been here for as long as I’ve been in the nab. And that’s a long time. And it never had disappointed me. The food is fresh and they are fast. The crowd chicken wings are awesome, crispy and not greasy. Fried rice spot on. The new owners have carried forward the Tradition of the previous owners and maintained the quality and friendly service. Definitely one of the top take out joints in the area.

Love their steamed Dumplings and the Teriyaki Beef appetizers, main dishes are great, too. Only thing that’d weird is when they answer the phone, it’s always just«Hello.»(not«Hello, Sun Hing» like most businesses do). It’s not always the same person answering, so, I always have to ask«Is this Sun Hing?» ~ wondering if dialed the right number.
