The thing with this Rite Aid is that it’s kind of stinky and dirty, but they have great sales often for some reason. While they never seem to have that many staff members on the floor, everyone in this store is extremely helpful. The reason I give it three stars and not more is the dirtiness.

I am just writing about the pharmacy section of the store. I have been very disappointed for many years with the pharmacist in how they so their work. Most of them are so lazy to do their work that as customers; we aren’t suppose to call our doctors to ask for refill approval. That’s suppose to be their job; not ours. I have gone to Walgreens for my meds.

These days it really doesn’t matter much in terms of the price difference from one chain to another, biggest difference you ask me is how you are treated as a valued customer as well as how well the staff is during your visits. I don’t mind pay slightly more when you know you get the service and attention when you need it. I feel that this is one of those stores and you always feel as a valued customer. price is not everything and as I stated the difference in costs between one chain against another isn’t large enough to offset the human interaction.
