I really like this place, it feels like home. The staff is always friendly. The food is delicioussssss! But everyone knows that and its close to home. Its pretty close to perfect only thing I’d recommend is getting some green tea, they didn’t have any last time I went but other than its awesome.

Chain restaurants tend to suck and boy does this place deliver. The one star has less to do with this particular location, which does suck, and more about the sheeple who go there. Seriously, if you choose to eat at this place why are you on Unilocal?Your opinion is literally worthless.
There is a diner across the street worth 2 stars. That’s twice as good as this place.

I also do not understand the bad reviews. This is a great IHOP with great service. Yes the wait is long but just call in. The food is really good. The quality is really good. I have been going for 6 years. Never did I have a problem with my bill, or food cooked improperly. I have probably tried most the menu, but the pancakes still my favorite. Everything is great here.

I really don’t understand why this IHop has such horrible reviews. I’ve been to this location multiple times and it never disappoints.
For starters the food here is amazing! Everything is served in great portions, comes to the table nice and warm, and doesn’t take too long to arrive.
The service here is also commendable. The servers are nice and friendly and frequently check up on you.
I would say the only downfall of this location is that it is SO small. There is always at least a 10 minute wait, and forget the weekends. You’ll be waiting for 30+ minutes for a table. However I won’t rate a restaurant based on their wait time because ultimately it is out of there hands. The servers work hard to get everyone seated as soon as they can.
All in all, I think this is an amazing place to stop by and enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner with friends and family.

My first visit a month ago was perfect fast and friendly service and food was good. But last visit two weeks ago wasn’t spectacular. Wait was fine not long actually. But last time the server messed up my order. which we should always write it down. And the eggs were so undercooked the egg whites we’re translucent and raw totally messed up my appetite and the Swiss mocha coffee made was disgusting and the server seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered. So won’t return:(.

It’s IHOP, nothing exceptional but serves its purpose. Food is average and service is ok but not terrible. It does get crowded so expect to wait for a table especially if you are a party of more than 2.

Definitely not the best ihop. The food just didn’t taste right. I’ve been here three times, so I’ve given it a fair try before this review. The eggs don’t taste right, the sausages were burnt once and dry and tasted old once. We didn’t get Edd’s or sausages the third time. So tried the crêpe, and nope, not good. The oy thing I liked were the stuffed French toast. Overall, The wait is long and the food isn’t good, so go to a diner instead.

IHOP recently reopened and it is super busy even on weekdays. Good service, clean, prompt. Unlimited coffee, huge selection. I loved the Tuscan scramble with hash browns and pancakes. G got the same except he had the red potatoes & strawberry waffle. Yummy in my tummy. Such a burbie thing to do, but worth it!

What a bad service !!! Bus boy ruin my breakfast… Bad experience ever. Server was good, food was great but the old bus boy was so bad. During the meal he throw the high hair then carry the dirty old towel around the restaurant. Ew ew ew ew !!!

I dont understand the one star reviews. Maybe because they were a long time ago.
The restaurant is small so having a 10 minute wait is a god send. Yes, its packed but if you come with a party more than 4 expect a longer wait.
So far i came in got seated right away. 3 minutes later, my server came which is fairly a great time because i had the chance to look at their menu.
The food came out quick which was awesome
My server was very nice and accommodating. She left me at peace eating my food and came back when i was ready for my check.
My only problem is that coffee.
Its watered down and did not taste like coffee at all. But that’s alright the food compensates it pancakes tasted like pancakes compared to other ihop locations.

BEWARE of THIS PLACE
Went for breakfast at this location last Tuesday 6÷23÷15
The service is good I have no problems until I received the bill of $ 48,65 I told my girlfriend that the small avocado is $ 4.50 she said in the menu it is listed for $ 1.50 only this avocado is only 65 cents at C-​Town, so I told our waitress first the Manager acted surprised that their computerized bill don’t make mistakes then he corrected the bill he did not even ask an apology if this is a mistake.
I know now that the bill for 2 must be total under $ 35 but it’s too late now.
I got the feeling that this place has been over charging their customers, since if they receive any complaints all they can do is «ops» and re-​do the bill.

I though the one on hillside ave in Jamaica was bad, this is much worse. At least the one in Jamaica you get your food fast. This place takes a VERY long time for your food to arrive. Note to self: STOP GOING TO IHOP ON SUNDAYS!!!

This place has really changed. Not in a good way either.
I always used to get scrambled eggs, pancakes, sirloin tips with hash browns.
Heres my issue:
Why do my eggs look like they have been Pre scrambled? I know this may not make sense but it looks like its been scrambled, cooked, frozen and warmed up. Sirloin tips are terrible now.
Hashbrowns? It looks like it was a rectangular block of frozen potatoes, sliced and browned.
Everything on the menu with fruits come with a heavy sugar syrup which is unnecessary and their cranberry juice is watered down.
Its clear that there food is all frozen. And unfortunately they wont be receiving anymore of my time or money. I can make better breakfast at home for cheaper.

Ladies and gents this place has been open for awhile now! Came yesterday, they apologized for the slow service since there were only two waiters. Service was a bit slow but my party of four were in no rush around 9PM. The only thing that sucked was that they didn’t have t bone steak, country fried steak, fried chicken and stuffed french toast. BOOO. Anyway, prices are great here, portions are generous and it’s all around a good time. Our waitress was very good considering there were only two!
