Terrible store. Manager(Omar) doesn’t care about customers at all. I’ve been in there four times trying to upgrade, gone through all the hoops only to be told they are out of the phone I want. They NEVER answer the phone when you try to call ahead. They lie when you walk in and ask if the phone you want is in stock. TERRIBLESTORE.

My wife and I bought new iPhone 6 phones at this store. The rep told us that as a free promotion they were giving away a new LG tablet. We said sure! But when the bill arrived, we found we were being charged a $ 40 activation fee for the tablet AND a $ 10-per-month data plan fee. The rep NEVER told us that we would effectively be paying $ 120 a year for this«free» tablet, and we would never have agreed to take it had we been properly informed. This is sales fraud, pure and simple. Good news is that when I went back and complained, they immediately agreed to remove all data plan fees for the tablet going forward — which suggested to me that they knew that they’d scammed us. I told them that I would be filing complaints with all possible oversight agencies about this experience. The rep’s response? «That’s fine.»

AT&T is truly a terrible company. When Dante wrote about the 7 levels of hell I think he did not mention working with AT&T because he stopped at level 7. If I had one wish that would come true it would be… well world peace, but my second wish would be for this company to be completely wiped out of existence. The only thing worse than working with this company is working with cable and internet providers. Oh wait, they do that too… makes perfect sense. The hard facts about AT&T — They will change your plan behind your back to reap higher revenue so you have to watch them like a hawk. Then when you try to change it back you get lip and attitude from the initial employee straight up to the highest manager on site. You can only do things a certain way(add another authorized user can be done over the phone, but not to the store, only through customer service). Their website is frequently down when you want to unlock a device — a service they advertise, but I am beginning to think they won’t actually provide. They have a terrible international plan. The company coaches their employees on how to take advantage of the elderly and technologically unsavvy for additional revenue as well. If I could give less than one star I would in a heart beat. May this company fail and fade into obscurity never to be thought of again.

I just got back from this att store with so much anger made by one of thier staff being so rude to us while explaining their services plan. I hv setup my mind to buy three new att line for my family. But because of their customers service i didn’t buy today thinking that how they will give us good customer services in future. I recommend dont go there at all. Not a good customer service at all!!! even including their manager too. I had to see their manager because of their staff’s rude behavior thinking that atleast i will get know better but when i learn manager’s responses and his body language it seems no use to complaint. Dont go there. Its just waste of ur time and mood.

My family and I had been shopping around for a plan that would suit all of us and we visited this store a few times, mostly out of convenience at first because it was closest to us. However, once we were helped by an associate, I can honestly say that it was some of the best customer experience ever. Miguel is so polite and very knowledgeable and took his time in setting everything up for us(We were there for 3 hours). In addition to this, the store manager, Omar was also very helpful. I had to go back a week later because of phone issues(nothing to do with at&t service) and he was very accommodating. Honestly, even if this store was miles away, I could still go just because the people there are amazing!

I’ve been here a few times to pay my bill using their self-service kiosk and twice to claim my phone upgrades. First phone upgrade I made here was almost 2 years ago when I went from a Samsung Propel to a Blackberry Torch. It was a huge mistake as it was a really crappy phone but I didn’t want to go the iPhone route because I really liked having a keyboard and thought that the Torch would be a perfect solution since it’s a smartphone, has a touch-screen interface and a keyboard… but yes, this is neither here nor there since Blackberries aren’t manufactured by them… My second upgrade was yesterday afternoon when I went from an iPhone 4(after having gone from a 3 and worked my way up to a 3g and then a 4 after an unfortunate series of loses and mishaps :-/) to an iPhone 5. Again, the sales associate this time around was pleasant, informative and it was a pretty seamless process. I was in and out in about 30 minutes after having signed in with 8 people ahead of me. As someone below me stated, you get nothing more and nothing less here — but it’s definitely much better customer service than other AT&T Wireless stores I’ve dealt with. On the whole I’d say my experiences here have ranged from 3 — 3.5 stars.
