Santa Fe Mexican Grill

This really did not impress in any form. Late Friday evening, no lemon, no lime, no air conditioning and no chile Relleno.
Since I struck out on getting a Relleno I pointed at the shrimp quesadilla dinner on the menu and said I’ll have the quesadilla. Waitress looked and said OK.
All I got was a single quesadilla. I’m was already fed up with being told they were out of everything I had asked for that when I saw this I lost my appetite and was in no mood to get them to correct it. It had 5 shrimp and some cheese. The ones at Mi Toro in Corinth have shrimp, sausage, cheese and pico de gallo. So, knowing that fact just made this kick-​in-​the-​gut of a bad experience an even worse experience.
My husband’s meal was not hot and tasted very bland. I’m not sure how long they had been in business when we visited. I try to eventually return to a place to give them another chance. They just started serving an all you can eat buffet every day of the week at $ 8.50 Mon-​Fri and $ 9.99 Sat and Sun drink included. If I decide to return it’ll be a toss up as to whether I should gamble again for a Relleno or try the buffet.
