I’ve been to many chiropractors through the years, and I have to say Dr Pierre and Dr Jason at Spinal Wellness are the best and their approach has been so helpful to my back and neck issues. They have been the first doctors to truly help my chronic neck and back pain, and I thought it was beyond hope. Because my back had been pretty «flattened out» and had lost it’s natural curves due to years of poor posture and unhelpful adjustments from other chiropractors, it did take time for the improvement I began to get right away with Spinal Wellness to become more lasting, but finally, after about 6 months of weekly treatment, I am now able to go several weeks between adjustments. My back and neck feel the best they have felt in over 20 years. My spine stays aligned and I no longer have to «try» to have good posture: it just happens naturally, and the decrease in pain has been amazing. I am so grateful for the approach they use – it has been like a miracle for me to be able to be pain free and have so much more range of motion and flexibility for the first time in decades.

I have to say that I was initially skeptical about what chiropractic care could do for me. I have lived with near constant back pain and shoulder pain for years and I thought this was ‘normal’ from living an active lifestyle. Even going to the gym and doing light workouts would leave my shoulders and back with pain for hours. After going to Spinal Wellness for 5 weeks I can say that I feel like a completely different person. I no longer experience the severity of pain that I once thought was normal, and running and working out are actually enjoyable experiences for me. My posture has also greatly improved, which has helped with my confidence — always crucial during recruitment season at school.
If you are willing to make an investment in your health and have regular visits in the beginning, it will pay off greatly. I cannot recommend Spinal Wellness enough.

I cant recommend this place enough. I had horrible back pain for years before I found it… they took great care of me and it was gone within 1 – 2 months. I had tried other chiropractors before with no results… their approach is really different, but highly effective. It took an investment in my heatlh and frequent visits originally… it was all worth it. Now Im going just once a month to maintain the results… so happy I found this place and am finally free of back pain.
