John was really kind and informative about all of mattress. What I was looking for was TEMPUR, but it has a wide range of line-​up which made me so confused. I was able to hear about specific features of each TEMPUR line-​up from John, and he provided a lot of additional benefits I didn’t expect, Even the delivery and installment was so fast and perfect.
Now I’m really enjoying my bed time…

Patient, not overly pushy, and tried his best to guide us rather than pull/​push us towards a mattress that worked for us.
