My mom, my sister, and I have been going to Connie’s for about 5 years now and we all absolutely love it! The prices are completely reasonable and worth it. I never used to even wear my hair down until I went to her. My sister’s hair looked gorgeous for her prom, thanks to Connie, and I just enjoy the atmosphere there. Everyone is super friendly and I leave feeling very confident. I think if there is any confusion about prices or the personality of the owner, those who are interested should call the establishment to find out both. Enjoy!

I called and spoke to the owner of this shop because I wanted a price for a cut and partial highlights and an appointment. The price she quoted me was unbelievable!!! $ 175.00 and I have medium length hair. I am new to the area and it looked like a cute shop so I called. She actually sent me down the street to another beauty salon. I have never met this woman. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Connie’s hair studio. I will not stop until I have put reviews on all websites. I still cannot believe I was treated this way even if it was on the telephone. I am glad I didn’t go in the salon. Anyway, spend your money elsewhere. I could take myself and my Sister somewhere else for the same money. She thinks her salon is in downtown Chicago!!! Please go elsewhere.
