UW Medicine Issaquah

Facility is nice, plenty of parking, staff are fine, but they are crippled by UW bureaucracy. Have been with them for 2 years and after 2 years filled with long wait times for appointments, horrendous over charging, and billing nightmares, I am leaving and taking my entire family with me. The crazy over charging, multiple charging, duplicate mixed up billing, constant phone calls from snotting accounts staff have beaten me down. I’ve had enough. This is hands down, the worst and most expensive Medical group I’ve ever had the misfortune to have been part of. That said, they do have some wonderful medical staff at their hospitals and the facilities themselves are modern, clean, and nice, but the administration is just so awful, I couldn’t recommend them.

Over book their schedule. The front desk is not keeping track of the people in the office and or keeping the doctors on schedule. I had to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment to be put into a room and than waited an additional 20 minutes.
