I was looking forward to trying their pizza and found the garlic vegetarian disappointing. It didn’t have much flavor, the toppings were sparse, and there wasn’t much to it. I like thin crust but this pizza seemed like paper with a few veggies. Other people seem to like it and maybe this was an off night, but I don’t expect to go again.

Very low key pizza truck. Really amazing for a really solid price! Fresh ingredients and an amazing crust. I got the chicken pesto pizza and it had an amazing pesto sauce! Flavorful, crispy soft crust, had a little kick to it and very unique ingredients for a pesto pizza. The pieces of mozzarella on the pizza added the right touch. It was really top notch! Ordered for pickup and they were on time with making the order. Highly recommend!

It’s a pizza food cart! Really delicious, fast, and good price. Ordered the margarita pizza and it was ready in less than 10 minutes. No seating though so plan on finding a spot to sit.

Love this pizza! Best I’ve ever had! I have this on my way home from work about 3x per week. Pesto chicken is my favorite. Only takes about 5 – 7 minutes and you’re on your way!

This is my favorite pizza in Seattle currently. I just went to the Issaquah location today for the first time and am pleased to report I had an experience consistent with the quality service and food at the Mercer location, my typical lunchtime pizza haunt. First– I’d like to say the staff at all locations are friendly and personable. This means a lot to me in a restaurant experience. The pizza is wonderful! The crust is thin and crispy, the ingredients are high quality and the sauce is delicious. A personal pizza will set you back a little over eight bucks but it will fill you up. I can’t comment on the large size as i’ve never ordered it but i’m sure its a reasonable deal. They cook the pizza in an 800 degree oven right in front of you, and it takes only a couple minutes, so if you are crunched on time this is a great option. In summary, this is a great place to eat and a lesser-known gem of a food truck! Definitely worth checking out if you like thin crust pizza!

Best crust I’ve ever had! Go for the crust! I ordered a personal margarita and added Canadian bacon and Italian sausage as well as a Hawaiian for my wife. Really tasty! The Canadian bacon are full slices so the toppings can slough off if you’re not careful but the crust more than makes up for this technicality.

If I could, I would rate Tuscan Stone as 3 ½ stars. We stopped by after work to get a pizza to go. This location is parked next to Value Village and McDonald’s, and has plenty of parking. The menu isn’t huge, but it has your standard American style and Italian pizzas. We ordered: Carne Amante: this pizza came with two types of pepperoni, sausage, onions and tomato. I really liked how crisp and thin the pizza was, with the right amount of toppings. Caesar salad: We decided to get the combo deal of any large pizza and a salad for about $ 20. The salad was simple, but good. Though the pizzas cook fast in the wood-fired oven, I would recommend calling in to place your order first. We waited about 15 minutes to get our pizza since there were other to-go orders ahead of us. I look forward to coming back to try the other pizzas.

Stopped if for lunch today and ordered 1 large Frank’s Buffalo Chicken pizza. It was super fast about 6 minutes after I placed the order. I also ordered a Caesar salad. My 2 sons and I enjoyed the pizza. It was very light on all ingredients and a super thin crust. I grew up in east coast and enjoy the thinner sliced pizza. One large pizza could easily be devoured by one teenage boy! We will stop by again soon! Super friendly staff. Clean area if you wanted to eat near the pizza truck. Lots of parking nearby.

This location hasn’t been open in quite a while. I stopped by the Bellevue location(still open and thriving), and asked about Issaquah. They said they had no firm plans to reopen in that location, I’m sad to report. Still worth the drive to Bellevue occasionally, but not nearly as convenient for me, as I live in Issaquah.

(From my late October visit) I ordered a small Margherita pizza($ 7.95, about $ 8.71 with tax): tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, fresh Roma tomatoes, and fresh basil on their house-made dough. I’m guessing it was about eight to ten inches in diameter, perfect for one person(but being the nice guy I am, I split it with a friend). I loved that I could fold the slices«New York style» and eat it. The pizza had a nice balance of crunch and chewiness. Those leopard-like«black spots» on the underside of the pizza was just so appealing to me. The sauce was enjoyable, definitely on the sweeter side when comparing it to other pizza sauces I’ve had. The pizza was delicious with parmesan, red pepper flakes, and Tapatio hot sauce. While the toppings were good, I would have liked more of each topping; they seemed to skimp on those ingredients — at least for my pie. Also, the lack of brownness or slight char on the top didn’t make this pizza as appealing as others I’ve had. Overall, it was decent, but I have honestly had better.

Uh-oh. «closed for the winter»…I don’t like the sound of that. I hope Tuscan Stone Wood Fired Pizza remembers to come back in the spring. My craving for their delicious pizza increases exponentially day-by-day!

We ordered a half cheese and half chicken ranch pizza. I am guessing because of little foot traffic and not many customers, they just can’t afford to do by the slice. I am hoping this can somehow change in the future. As far as the pizza it was very good. Cooked well, fresh ingredients, plenty of seating, easy parking and very nice peeps manning the huge oven. Honestly the only reason they don’t get 5 stars is because of Veraci Pizza… which I think brings that extra star to the table. But Pizza Hut has nothing on these guys! ;)
