Just had a new lock installed by Joe L. from Seattle Security Lock and Key and he was wonderful! I called earlier this afternoon needing an emergency lock installed and they said by 6 someone would be here. He called 5 minutes before his scheduled arrival time to tell me he was 5 minutes away and was here right on time. He got my new lock installed and showed us the ins and outs of it in half an hour! I would Highly recommend using this company. They are a 24 hour mobile service which is great since a lot of places close fairly early or you have to schedule for a few days out.
Same day, no appointment. Perfect 5 stars all the way!
