The cheering singsong automaton behind the register said«Just put this on your table.» Right. When we got in, there were a dozen people milling around waiting for a table. If you have no tables, be honest. Tell me. Don’t send me off on a snipe hunt for 20 – 30 minutes.

I am in the middle of my worst«dining» experience in a long time. How can two kids meals, a half sandwich /half salad, a bowl of chili and 4 sodas cost $ 45??? That was my first eye opener a ½ hour ago when I placed my order at a McDonald’s style cash register /order taker. Then I proceed to wait ½ for the food, does that food sound complicated, I don’t think so. Then a twelve year old looking girl brings out food to the table, and just sets it down, no apology about the wait. THISISMYFIRSTANDLASTMEALHERE! Last note: all that AND you bus your own table like a high school cafeteria, the plate area had not been cleared all evening, we had to place our dishes on the floor!

It is 4:10. Coffee is from 1130. Really? Does no one check on the time? Worst service. There was no sugar, when they brought the new coffee out I think they just took the old one in and changed the time. It tasted old. Usually they bring the new one out and then take the old one. Not coming back. Too many coffee places to chose from.

Food is pretty good. Sometimes they make mistakes on orders. Came for dinner, sat down, 23 minutes and counting and no food yet… Peek over at the staff behind counter and they’re talk to each other. What gives panera?

Wow! Great service! By far the best Panera I have ever been too. What really made my experience stand out was the awesome customer service by a boy named Sam T. He seemed to be washing dishes but he did not hesitate to help us clear off our table. I offered him a too but he refused and told me he does it to make other people’s day better. Awesome experience, would recommend to anyone!

I WILLNEVERINMYLIFECOMETOTHISPANERAAGAIN!!! I wouldn’t even give it one star but you can’t do zero. I’m sorry, but even if you have a quick pay station you should have someone manning a register. I wanted to use cash, so I waited for the person standing there to do their job. She just looked at me. After FIVEMINUTES of waiting and her just looking at me puzzled as to why I’m waiting for my order to be taken, I had to use a card. Then, and this is the good part, I get to the pickup area. A worker who had just got off her shift, who I presume is a manager or someone with experience at this location, waits for their food order. Then, looking at the order queue, but proclaims one order is at almost 25 mins wait time. They then proceeded to make jokes about it while the person who was behind the counter, Charlie, began essentially bragging and laughing at how many orders were behind. I literally said out loud«okay, it’s not funny that you are making us all wait.» The worker that was off shift, and now sucking down a coffee, just is like yeah what’s your name and tries to scold me. First of all, you didn’t even put your order in. You came out from behind the food station and began waiting for food. I was already there and you cut it the order. Second, I am a customer I am your business’s reputation and you are making a horrible impression. Then when I finally got my food, it had tomatoes when I said no tomatoes. They threw my fruit cup into the bag so it exploded and juice was everywhere. I couldn’t eat it because it was soaked in fruit juice. Thank god I didn’t bother them by asking for a pastry. Panera has always been a macro friendly, delicious place to go for me. Seems like now I’ll have to stick to Bellevue or somewhere else. Never. Again.

Had a sign on the door saying they were having kitchen issues and that the food would take some extra time, but they didn’t say it would be extra gross too. Also the smoothie tasted like watery Yoplait yogurt. Worst smoothie ever. Avoid this place! Needs new management

Food tasted great. However, I agree with another reviewer that the baguettes were vastly different sizes for each person at our table. The ordering kiosks were confusing because there is no solid menu within sight, so navigating through the kiosk menu meant you had to already know what you were looking for. If you’ve never been here before, as was our case, you will likely need to see a menu so you don’t miss out on anything. Worst part of the visit was how filthy the place was! Debris under the tables, dishes stacked at the recycle/garbage station, and I’d rather use a gas station than go back to their bathrooms. Floors of bathroom were wet and dirty in stalls and by the sink. No paper towels meant I had to go in search of napkins which were even hard to find. When you see that kind of filth it makes you wonder if the food is going to come back on you, too.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. The floors inside were covered in debris of food that looked like it had been there since the lunch rush(8pm is when we walked in) the tables to the left and right had plates on them as well. Pretty unsatisfying when it came to the food as well. The salad was good but the flatbread and soup were weird. Management needs to put down a more solid foot on cleanliness. If chipotle can handle it so should this place.

So Panera has its place. Fast, fairly healthy food that isn’t fried. They get a 2 today because my sandwich was good, and correct for one of the first times ever! However, they get a 2 today because my sandwich too 38 minutes. Really??? First, it took 16 minutes to order my sandwich. I can’t use their Fast Kiosks because you can’t customize your sandwich enough — I mean, really, all I want is a veggie bagel sandwich, why is that so hard? 16 minutes to order is inane — the line was out the door and there was one poor youngster at a cash register. He kept touting the benefits of the Fast Kiosks but no one was biting. After ordering, it took another 22 minutes to get my sandwich. Seriously, I would have bought a bagel, cream cheese, and veggies at the store and made my own had I known this would take so long. Apparently they had someone call in sick today so they couldn’t «run two lines» in food prep. It was a circus and they were doing the best they could, but it really wasn’t good enough. I’ll think twice before I go back again.

Ehhhhh. Was not impressed by this location. Very busy, very long lines, very dirty. There were probably 20 people in line. We used the little self ordering computer up front. It was very easy to use, and easy to customize the entrees to how you like it. I would recommend using this over ordering through an employee; like I said, you can make whatever modifications you want to your food and don’t have an annoyed employee or line of impatient people behind you. Lots of seating at this location, even with how busy it was we were able to find a small booth. The floor was disgustingly dirty, as was the booth itself — looked like it hadn’t been wiped or vacuumed in weeks. Food came out rather quick. I did not receive a receipt(NOT ok with that — I use my receipts to keep track of my spending!!) so I don’t know exactly the names of what we ordered. My mom got a You Pick 2, some sort of strawberry salad and some kind of sandwich with a baguette. Her baguette was probably 3x the size of the one I got. I got a chicken caesar salad and a smoked turkey sandwich. The sandwich was good; but the salad was probably one of the worst salads I’ve ever had at Panera. Barely any chicken, I didn’t see any cheese(which is one of my favorite parts of it) and it was completely drenched in dressing. Still love Panera no matter what, just won’t be back to this location again.

This was one of the worst Paneras that I have ever been to. I ordered using their online system and came in expecting that my order would be ready. It wasn’t. It took another 20 minutes before my food was ready. It wasn’t because they were super busy, it was because the didn’t have anymore of the bread that they usually make the sandwich I ordered. So instead of choosing to make it on another bread. They chose not to make it at all and only began to when I asked where my order was.(15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready.) And to top it off this was the worst made sand which I ever had(not to mention they didn’t wrap it up fully) Definitely won’t be coming back.

It’s a chain so I’m not sure what happened to this place but it’s completely not worth going to! My in-laws like the one they go to up near Northgate so we keep being forced to go here when they come to town but even they finally gave up. Salads are wilted with old, brown lettuce and no real toppings, plus they’re wet and even low on lettuce to begin with. The sandwiches are served on semi-stale bread and in general everything here tastes like it’s been sitting out(sometimes on someone else’s table) for a day. The seating is fairly uncomfortable as well. I basically enforce a boycott when the in-laws come to Issaquah by reminding them of the last several times.

Great place for a bagel and coffee. You need to tell then to toast the bagel twice or it will just be warm bread. The coffee is good and the internet is fast. I sit here sometimes and work on my laptop. Always welcoming.

BESTSERVICE Ever at a Panera, I’m a frequent customer as I often am here in the early mornings. It’s a bit costly, so it’s a treat once or twice a week. I typically get their one of their hot sandwiches! They’re filling and always tasty! Granted the food is pretty much sub-par to anywhere else the service itself is so amazing it’s worth a review!

Just me was not about the food which is generally acceptable in any Panera Really, you get the same everywhere. My problem was this place was absolutely filthy when we came in. More than half the tables are empty but of that have almost all of them had food left on them. We had to clean our own table. The place was not very busy some of the employees were kind of Idle. Eventually one obviously new employee was assigned to start cleaning but he got no help from anyone else. I find that it’s a little bit sad that place is like Panera still of people who think that something is not their job. When you work in a food service establishment keeping the place clean for your customers is everyone’s job.

They do have some great pastries but overall — it’s too over priced for the amount and taste of food. The broccoli cheddar soup is good, the sides include either an apple, chips, or subpar bread. The service was good and the place was clean — just not a fan spending almost $ 30 for two people and walking away not satisfied or full. Maybe we ordered the wrong things but seems sandwiches keep getting smaller. They are getting technologically advanced though with self ordering stations.

I enjoy Panera. The quality of the food is good, but it comes at a cost. If you want to be satiated, you’ll need to spend about $ 10 to feel that way. I don’t eat here frequently, but treat myself after I play a baseball game or when that Italian Combo is calling my name. Since I’m rhyming now, I’ll also say their French Onion soup is far from lame, and the employees usually seem glad I came.(I’ve never seen an attitude from anyone here). As someone else mentioned, the place is not sparkly clean, which is not to be expected for a place like this. It’s not like you’re dining in a Popeye’s Chicken in Renton, WA(everything looks clean after that one-time experience). I like how it remains quiet now matter how many people are present. I’ve never had an issue with noise here. It’s a good place for a very casual date or to share a conversation while catching up with a friend.

The staff are really friendly here! While I was waiting for my order workers made small talk with me! We got our food to go and it was pretty speedy! My Mac and cheese was nice and hot. I like they’re Mac and cheese because its creamy and filling. And my husband enjoyed his chipotle panini, only problem was that his panini was all over the bag. There was chicken and oil all over the other items and it made a mess in my car. Bleh. Next time I will check the bag before I go, it must of been on the bottom of the box of his chipotle panini! The panini is good, it has lots of flavor with the chipotle sauce and there is bacon on the panini as well :) Food was good — three stars, customer service/packaging — one star
