Just had the worst customer service experience at this location ever. Cashier/Manager Gave me huge attitude because I put my debit card with a security chip into the card reader before she was done ringing all the items. Poor customer service and too much condescension. My business will be buying supplies elsewhere.

The managers are penny pinching cheapskates! I bought a wide format printer on7/24/2014 off the shelf — the display– on clearance. They loaded the printer as-is without a box into my car. They also grabbed a package of printer cartridges off the shelf behind the printer and sent me home with them. I thought I was set for printing refills. The next day when I put one of the cartridges in my printer, the machine wouldn’t take it saying it was a set-up cartridge. The ink set was useless. Nobody at the store even mentioned the printer refill requirements associated with buying a new printer(you have to buy a new package which I thought they had thrown in). When I took the useless cartridge pack back to the store the next day, they didn’t even offer me a slight discount for the inconvenience. Actually, I explained that it was MUCH more than an inconvenience as I had prints to make for an art show in five hours and I didn’t have 70.00 extra dollars in my budget to buy the new set of cartridges. I asked for a manager — who didn’t offer any kind of comp. Being visibly upset because of the impending deadline for the very important art show I asked for HIS manager. FINALLY, the next manager offered 25% off the printer ink set. I paid 50.00 which I couldn’t afford but HAD to in order to make my deadline. Big deal… they saved 50.00 but after pointing out their huge sign which read«100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Customers are important to us» — I said I definitely WASN’T in the LEAST satisfied. I was VERY upset, paid for the ink, and left, letting them know I would NEVER shop there again. They saved 50.00 and now I’m going to bring their printer back to the store and shop somewhere else from now on. Doesn’t add up. Bad decisions on the parts of the managers. When you don’t even TRY to make up for your mistakes to a customer, you lose them and possibly many others!

One thing to say about this place is that your helped right away without a wait which is nice. I’ll stroll over here on a work break and I’m able to get back in time to go back to work. It’s typically not that full. There are plenty of people there to help you with whatever you are needing and they don’t hesitate to ask you if you need help finding something. They’ve got a great deal on some clearance items which is nice sometimes and I’ve got a steal of a deal a couple of times. Nothing to be changed for me here.
