RUN, do not walk away from this place.
Read the great reviews and took in one shirt and one pair of pants both new. The pants had a small dirt stain which I pointed out to them and the shirt had two spots where my cat sneezed on me. Simple right?
Guess not, the shirt didn’t get any stains removed and they left a white spot on my brand new pants. DON’T TAKE ANYTHING HERE that you care about.

Nicest people ever! Very professional and always sincere and wanting to remember your name. They’ve been here a long time and are worth giving your business to for sure!

This place is super convenient for me in relation to my office.
They have fast, friendly service and my clothes always come out beautiful.
There is always plenty of parking too so you’ll never have to run with your clothes in the rain.
It’s my go-​to place for all my delicates.

Interesting that everyone thinks this is the best place in Issaquah, as I am a customer of Issaquah Cleaners looking for a new place.
I have gone for years and the people are very nice. Seemed like it was a couple running the place. I wondered if it sold recently (last year) as there is slightly different staff.
In general they do a nice job. Pressing is good. I have been displeased with the following in the last year:
— Light silk shirt, it came back dingy as if it had been put in solution with a darker colored shirt.
— Heavy silk jacket. It came back well creased, but with looking a little lighter/​bleached out like the solution used was too strong.
Wool pants and sweaters they do great. Silk stuff I might take somewhere else.

Establishment:
Easy to find. Direct parking can be a pain to grab, but I usually have no problem nabbing that precious 20 min. spot just in front.
Service:
Awesome! Helpful, easy. I would have just gone with a basic 4 star (ie: good, would use again), except for one thing. I forgot that I had a clasp falling off. My bad. But when she saw that it was gone, they sewed a replacement on. Free of charge. Yay!
Results:
Excellently cleaned and pressed clothing. Even a fancy swing-​dance dress with a ridiculously full skirt that is impossible for me to iron or deal with.
Opinion:
I like ‘em. :) You will, too.

What can I say. This place rocks! It’s seriously one of the best cleaners in the area.

So I have this shirt. It’s my favorite dress shirt. It had a small stain on it that couldn’t be seen if I keep my jacket on. It’s been there for a yera through many washings. I dropped it here with a couple other things the first time I came in.
The stain is gone! I would have figured it was baked and ironed in permanently by now. I didn’t even point it out when I dropped it ’cause I had just learned to live with it. But it’s gone.
Best cleaner I’ve found in the entire Seattle metro and subburbs!

They did a beautiful job of cleaning my chocolate brown velvet couch cushion covers and removable slip cover-​like couch cover. My kids and dogs had done quite a number on it! Very reasonable price too!

With all the moving around and travel, I’m forced to run into any place I can these days. My cleaners of 12 years on Capital Hill just isn’t on my paper route anymore.
What a shock to get my cleaning back here and notice a huge difference. I asked why these shirts were so well done, so clean. Come to find out, the laundry is on the premises and the owners do it themselves!
It’s more money than before, but I think I just found my new vendor!
