I was looking for a highly rated electrician in our area to install a ceiling fan. This was not a simple installation since there was no electrical preparation for it. Russ came in and did a clean and great job. Highly recommended!

Russ and Cecilia were both very helpful over the phone. Cecilia sent us a detailed email explaining the game plan and costs for our project. We were very pleased with their prompt arrival time and great customer service skills. The install process went smoothly, and the end result was flawless. We are very happy with our choice to use Illuminate Contracting!

Worked with Robert Semingsen on some work in our Cabin at Crystal Village 1. They installed in floor electrical outlets and electric heat. Top notch work from the team. Very impressed!

Illuminate was very helpful even before starting any work, When I mentioned to Robert that the concrete had not been poured yet for our patio, he gave great instructions on how to run the conduit for our new hot tub so there was no cord or wires showing or to trip over. When the team showed up on time to complete the wiring, it was very professional and the job was done quickly and no mess left behind. Care & customer service is hard to find ~ Cecilia & Russ take the time to understand you, your interests and offer options. When it comes to highlighting artwork in your home or business, lighting is key! As a professional photographer, your photo can tell a story, document a moment, or create a moment ~ The level of lighting, the direction of the light path, all were considered when Illuminate worked with my photography installation. My current exhibit includes wildlife from Botswana & Zimbabwe Africa, and most important — all captured via 35 mm film! You are drawn to the photo’s due to the content and how well you can view from across the room. Lighting enhances and stages the exhibit; this is something Cecilia and Russ understand and capture~

We had wind damage with a live wire down over a weekend. Robert got one of his guys, Joey, out on a holiday Monday, got the permit ready and by Tuesday morning everything was done perfectly. These guys rock.

The guys at illuminate really know their stuff! As a lighting designer it is imperative that our designs are reflected on the installs. Illuminate pride themselves in serving their clients. Their attention to detail is what set them apart! I have partnered with them for the past 9 years and I know when they are involved in my projects, it will be done right!

Russ and Cecilia are so amazing to work with! I needed more light for my esthetics studio here in Issaquah and they took care of everything for me! Russ chose my chandelier that matched the existing light in my room perfectly and he came in after hours to install it so it wouldn’t disrupt my working schedule. I am very thankful! These guys rock! We expected to be able to arrange for electrical hookup with the guys we bought our hot tub from, but their electrician was busy for two weeks!
I called Robert and he was able to quote me a price and schedule someone to come out the day after delivery (on a Sunday!) We thought that was amazing!
When Russ emailed and said he’d come over on Saturday afternoon if his schedule worked out, and then was able to get over by 3pm we were Super happy.
He worked fast, was friendly and professional and ended up being cheaper than we were quoted by the hot tub company.
